Good to know
Accessibility & Arrival
The rooms and suites in the castle are on the first floor – you can easily reach them by lift without a single step. The entire first floor is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests: short walks, no through-traffic, and plenty of privacy.
You do not need to carry your luggage yourself: upon request, we can collect it directly from your vehicle using our golf buggy and bring it right to your room door. Just let us know when making your reservation or upon arrival if you would like assistance.
Directions & Parking
Schloss Frankenberg is situated on a hill above Weigenheim in southern Steigerwald, surrounded by its own vineyards, woodland and orchards – in a peaceful location yet easily accessible.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. We have two charging points for electric vehicles, which we can reserve for you for your stay upon request – please let us know in advance.

Families with children
We are especially delighted to welcome our younger guests. For children, a castle is an adventure: towers, courtyards, expansive meadows, and the nature of the Steigerwald right on the doorstep invite them to explore.
